Cancelled family Subscription, still being charged

Cancelled family Subscription, still being charged

I cancelled family subscription, yet a $14.99 Spotify charge keeps showing up on my credit card statement. My subscription status says I am Spotify Free, but when receipts is checked, you can see I am still receiving charges. Please let me know  how to stop receiving these charges and how to get reimbursed. Thank you.

Hey @LauraWorld,

 

Sometimes when you try to cancel the process doesn't get completed and as such you will continue being charged.

 

  • If you head over here and have a look at the Subscriptions box, does it indicate you are still premium or free?
  • Have you also made sure that you haven't logged into a different account that is free?
  • Is someone else in your household using your credit card to pay for their subscription?
