Cancelled free trial with Rogers, now getting charged for premium multi user

Please cancel my subscription and possibly provide a refund.

I cancelled my Spotify premium through Rogers before the trial ended on May 21 2017. And I now I see a charge for premium multi user on my bill.

I confirmed with Rogers that I am unsubscribed. They directed me here to ask for unsubscription and refund.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
