My Question or Issue
Hello! So pretty much I didn’t realise that the prices had raised for student premium to £9.99 monthly and being on £6.65 an hour for sixteen hours a week? Can’t afford it. So I cancelled it, or so I thought, I looked at my bank balance and saw I had £10 less than I should’ve had, you keep close count to your money when you’re in college. I’ve gone to the support but it tries sending me back to see if I have a secondary account (I do not), I’ve cancelled my account again and it now says, again, I am on free however I would like a refund because this is money I can’t afford to lose. Is there any way for me to be put into contact with Spotify’s support quicker than what they apparently are known for?
