Cancelled my subscription but my money was still taken off me.

I cancelled my subscription at the beginning of February, and it charged me the money for March and April. I didn't even use Spotify during those 2 months and I still got my money taken off. Someone  please help!

Hey @Samdx,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
