Cancelled my subscription last month but it was "mysteriously" switched on again!

Cancelled my subscription last month but it was "mysteriously" switched on again!

I cancelled my subscription last month but Spotify "switched" it on again and charged my debit card today! What is this? Are you swindeling people their money without their consent? Please do not tell me that other people have access to my account or that I have other spotify accounts and that is the reason for you charging me. I am not stupid and WAS NOT born yesterday. Please reimburse me my money back as soon as possible! This is a horrendous treament by Spotify and their customer service! For God's sake Spotify!

They will not issue a refund in response to a message posted in this community.

You can try to communicate one-on-one with a Spotify rep through Twitter @SpotifyCares.

My experience with that team has not been positive. They do not actually resolve problems. They make "suggestions" and "recommendations."

In your specific situation, my "recommendation" would be to cancel your subscription again, and dispute the charge with your bank.
