Cancelled payment, account turned off

Hi everyone, 

 

I'm having some issues over here. My monthly susbscription fee was cancelled due to lack of money. Later, i got an email from spotify in wich they claim to have turned off my account, wich the first days was ok, still able to login etc. But today i came home from work, ready to listen to some relaxing music, to find out my account is gone.. yeah, gone.. not able to login etc.. but my email is still known since i am not able to make a new account with it. I have tried everything they suggested and nothing works.. restarted my phone couple of times, tried incognito modus, login with and withouth facebook, make a new account with diff email adress-even then i get the wrong parameters and the sites says oops something went wrong please try again later or something like that.. and the most **bleep**ty of all; I could have made the payment for this month tomorrow, and it got turned off today.. 

 

I dunno what to do now, but i sure hope i can listen to some music, hopefully even tonight.. is there anyone who knows something i don't and is willing to help this poor sucker out? Lol.. u'd be my saviour for tonight

I'd recommend reaching out to Support, to see if they can reactivate your account again.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Ok so that did the trick.. this way i was able to get in contact with customer service.. thanks for the help and the fast replying!
