Cancelled premium and then was charged again

Cancelled premium and then was charged again

I cancelled my premium subscription and even asked the live support to have my credit card information removed from the account, but for absolutely no reason whatsoever the next day I find out that my subscription has been activated again with absolutely no involvement on my end. This isn't a fraudulent payment or anything; I want to know how spotify reactivated my premimum without my consent and also what steps I can take to have it reveresed and removed from my account.
