Cancelling Subscription after a couple of months

I want to cancel my subscription on my old account which i still use due to having premium but i bought it for the year a couple of months ago, if i cancel it now will i get a refund or am i a lost cause?

If you cancel your subscription to the Premium Service at any time during the Offer Period (instructions on how to cancel can be found at https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/How-to-cancel-your-subscription), you will automatically convert to the Free Service after the Offer Period ends.
