Hi,
I've just purchased a new phone contract through Vodafone and Spotify premium is included as part of the contract.
Vodafone support said I'll be able to "free" my current Spotify account and then reactivate it using a Vodafone link they've sent me (so I won't lose already created playlists.
I'm basically wondering if anyone has done this / knows how to do it?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Glad to hear you got it sorted
Hey @olliejw86
Check out this support article:

Cheers Matt, all sorted now.
In case anyone else is doing this and is a little unsure:
1. Cancel your premium subscription (this will run until a set date in the month) - from this point, your account will be on spotify free so will have ad's etc...
2. Vodafone text you a link to activate your Spotify / Sky Sports mobile account. Once your account is back on Spotify free and using mobile data (not wifi), click on the link they've sent and reactivate your account to Spotify premium. Not sure why I've to use mobile data during this activation but that's what Vodofone advised
Glad to hear you got it sorted
