Cancelling premium subscription doesn't work

I'm trying tot cancel my premium account before 6-01-2019 (want to keep using it until then).

But the button that should go to

https://www.spotify.com/nl/account/subscription/change/intent/?target=free

doesn't work.

I keep returning to

https://www.spotify.com/nl/account/overview/ with a message in red

"Oeps! Er is iets fout gegaan. Probeer het opnieuw."

something went wrong. Please try again..

I've tried with several days between, nothing changed. No clue on what to do.

Desktop Chrome **bleep**.0.3497.100 on a mac book pro - version 10.13.6 

same in Safari

Hi i've tried incognito on chrome.

I tried on a windows desktop in chrome

On my mac book; safari and firefox. 

Same result everywere.

I've deleted cookies, I've reset configuration settings in chrome.
