Cancelling premium without knowing any informations about the affected spotify account

I have an old spotify account which I cant remember anything about.
Said account had premium unlocked for months now without me ever using it, and its about time I finally cancel the abo.
As I said, I do not know any informations about the spotify account anymore, and the informations I get from my monthly bank account oversight about the 9,99$ payment to spotify isnt helpful either.
Long story short, how do I cancel a premium account without knowing anything about the account, more than it being connected to my active bank account?
