Cancelling premium

If I cancel my premium account and go back to normal, do my downloaded playlists still remain downloaded?

That's a good question. Since the ability to listen offline is only available to Premium users, when you downgrade to the Free ad-based version, you won't be able to download and listen offline to your music. You can check out this support article on this as well.
