Cancelling subscription

I had a Spotify account open with an old Facebook account which is now deactivated. I need to cancel my subscription as I'm still being charged for it. How can I do this? As my Facebook email address and password won't let me log onto Spotify to cancel it. HELP!!!

If you no longer have access to your Facebook Account, please contact the Spotify Team by filling this form in order to cancel your account and your current subscription.
