Cannot Change from UK to South Africa Subscription

Hi,

 

I am going round in circles trying to change subscription from UK to South Africa.

 

I am based in South Africa where Spotify have recently started operating. I have been here for 4 years after originally setting up my account in the UK when I lived there.

 

I have tried updating my payment details to a South African visa card but I am told I must update my account details/country settings. However when I try to update my details both my confirm password and change country settings are greyed out, i.e I cannot enter anything in to these fields.

 

Please can you help as some posts suggest I just need to change my card details and will then be prompted to change my account settings and other posts suggest I need to change my account settings first but actually I can do neither.

Can you try changing your country setting by following these steps?

 

If you have any VPN enabled on your device, I'd recommend turning that off.

 

If the steps in the article don't help, just let me know and I'll see what else I can suggest. 🙂
