I am going round in circles trying to change subscription from UK to South Africa.
I am based in South Africa where Spotify have recently started operating. I have been here for 4 years after originally setting up my account in the UK when I lived there.
I have tried updating my payment details to a South African visa card but I am told I must update my account details/country settings. However when I try to update my details both my confirm password and change country settings are greyed out, i.e I cannot enter anything in to these fields.
Please can you help as some posts suggest I just need to change my card details and will then be prompted to change my account settings and other posts suggest I need to change my account settings first but actually I can do neither.
