Cannot Pay By Mobile

It gives this error everytime:

"Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our testing help area"

Tried clearing cache.

Tried different browsers.

Tried on PC and Mobile.

Been trying for a few days.

Try to put payment details again, maybe you're using wrong infos.

It throws the error before it's asked for any details.

I just go here: https://www.spotify.com/uk/purchase/panel/ , select Pay By Mobile, click continue and I can't get any further.
