I am having the same issues here. I got my card about a week about for 3 months of premium and it wont redeem and I've already contacted customer support they said come here and at this point I'm just gonna have them redeem it for me cause it's been a week and it wont work. It keeps saying something went wrong or CSRF token is broken and I've used incognito and other browsers and devices. Please help me here I'm getting fed up.

If you were trying to reach Support through the contact form and got an automatic email response redirecting you back to the Community, make sure to reply to that email and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
You can also direct message them on Twitter, or on Facebook instead.

I'm having the same problems, I already reached out to customer support and sent direct messages on Twitter. I didn't get responses.

Depending on the number of users trying to contact Support, the waiting time for a response may be longer.
Could you let me know when did you message them on Twitter, if you're still having this issue?
Also, if you got any automatic email, you can respond to it and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Could you let us know if you've already checked the code’s characters? Sometimes a zero looks like an O, or a capital ‘i’ looks like lower case L. We suggest that you try different combinations.
