My Question or Issue

Recently joined Premium Duo, confirmed my address on my account (primary) and sent an invitation to my girlfriend of the same address. When she tries to accept it, it tells her something went wrong and to try again later. After restarting, sending multiple link every way you can, on different devices, incognito/private browsing, different web browsers, I cannot get her part of this plan. 

Need help, or a refund is in order as this product is not working as intended.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the Premium Duo subscription. We'd gladly help you and your girlfriend enjoy the Premium features together.

 

The first step will be to check the country in her account. Both accounts should have the same country and address. She can follow these steps to change the country.

 

If she still has some issues, you can send us a screenshot of the error message. We will investigate this further.
