Cannot access premium anymore

Cannot access premium anymore

I have been using premium for years in Switzerland and while being in Indonesia for holidays (2 weeks) my account suddenly went to free.


I cannot connect to premium anymore.

The app (on IPhone 6) indicates that I “cannot connect to premium from this app”.


I tried to log out/in a couple of times, install/delete the app, reconnected to Switzerland online, check that the payment was made, but nothing changes.


Could you please help?

Hey @w17r-8_23zn2,

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
