Cannot access to my Spotify Premium account but the payment is still done

My Question or Issue

Hi Spotify I have another facebook account used for Spotify service. But I have already deleted facebook account and I cannot access the account anymore. The thing is the Spotify Premium $14.99 is just withdrawed for this month August and  I cannot access the account anymore since the deleted facebook account is not accessible. Please help me access the account so I can enjoy the Spotify Premium service.
