My Question or Issue

Hello, my son age 25 subscribed for the monthly spotify using my bank account info. I have asked him to cancel and I continue to get charged. Is there anyway for me to cancel my payment information that is linked to his account by his phone #??

Hi @ctroyer, thanks for writing!

Sure, just follow the steps bellow:

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
3. Click CHANGE OR CANCEL.
4. Click CANCEL PREMIUM.
5. Click YES, CANCEL. The account page now shows the date the user will return to the Free service.
