Cannot claim free 60 day trial

My Question or Issue I have just signed up for a 60 free trial but my account tells me I am on a 30 day free trial how do I get a 60 day free trail . I have registered to pay with Paypal which said payments wont be taken till 18/12/18 .

Have you tried Premium before? Keep in mind the 60 day trial only works for people who haven't tried Premium. If you haven't, and this is happening, please follow these steps:

Try a different browser or incognito mode
Send me a screenshot of the offer and any error messsages being shown (Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
