Cannot continue my premium membership

Hi all,

I started my spotify premium membership when I was living in Japan almost two years ago. Last month I moved back to China and unfortunately, my Japan's credit card will be expired next month. I tried to use my China's visa card to continue my premium membership, it seems not work since my registered country is Japan. Obviously, Spotify is still not available in China right now. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

I'm afraid that there is no way to continue the membership since Spotify is not available for China and your payment credit card/paypal account must match the country of your Spotify account.
