Cannot listen on more than 1 device

I am a premium user but only able to listen to one song simultaneously. Prior to this I have been able to listen on multiple devices.

can anyone help with this? Am using iPhone / amazon dots / iPad / sky as the different accounts

Thanks for reaching out.

You can only play on one device at a time.

If you begin playing on another device, playback on the original device is paused.
