Cannot pay with specific card "payment failed" HELP

So I just made an account, and am trying to link it to a south african credit card. The account is linked to south africa and everthing is in place. The card is working, and with cash, however it still says "payment failed". I literally just purchsed a netflix account with the same card and it worked. 

Please help

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to get Premium.

Also, before trying again, please make sure your card meets the requirements on the picture attached below. You might need to contact your bank to make sure it does.
