Cannot purchase Spotify Premium for €0.99 offer

Hello,

I have tried to buy premium with the offer of €0.99 for 3 months, however after I enter my card details, it tells me I have already used premium. This is not true, as I did not even have a Spotify account until I created it to avail of this offer.

That's strange. Have you used your payment method on any of Spotify's services, or maybe a friend/family member? Could you also try this using a different browser or incognito mode?
