Cannot redeem gift card

Hi. I bought a Spotify gift card this afternoon, and for some reason it won't work. No typos, it's activated. When I try to redeem it the page only say something around the lines of "There's been an error, try later or get help". What can I do about it?

Hi @stefanie_deiji, 

Please try to redeem your gift card in an incognito/private mode of your browser. 

Make sure you enter the code correctly, for example: try 0 (zero) instead of O, and I instead of l (lower case L).

Keep in mind that: 

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
• They're not redeemable in conjunction with other discounts or promotions, such as Premium for Family, Premium for Students, or trial offers.
• Spotify gift cards can only be redeemed on Spotify accounts registered in the same country where they were purchased.
• Other Terms and Conditions may apply.
