My Question or Issue

I unsubscribed myself from DUO but my ex-partner was the primary account.  Now my Credit card is being charged each month and I cannot stop it.  My only options would be to contact Spotify, or report fraud to FTC and CC company. I'd like to contact Spotify before submitting a fraud case, however I cannot find phone or email support.  Any clues?

If you believe that your payment method is being used for an unauthorized subscription, I recommend reaching out to Support at https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ 🙂 They'll be able to take a look at it.
