Hello,

I have been trying to upgrade to Spotify family for a few days but I always get this message (attached file): "an error has occured".

 

Can you help me plz?

Let's try to fix this, can you try the following?

 

  1. Clear cookies and cache and try again.
  2. Try incognito mode
  3. Try another browser
  4. Try with another device
  5. If nothing works, repeat the process with another payment method.
