My Question or Issue

Hello Guys , So The issue is that i renewed my student premium accout today , but then i thought to use premium duo and purchased it . But whenever i am trying to listen on two device its not supporting it.

Hey @rohit202raj, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

It seems like you're using the same Spotify account on both devices. With Premium account, each account is separate, so that way you're able to listen to Spotify with someone else while being on the same plan.

 

You can create a new Spotify account here, or link your account from your account page to add a second account. Keep in mind that you're not able to listen on both devices at the same time on the same Spotify account. More info on that here
