Cant Redem Family Members

Cant Redem Family Members

I just upgraded account to family.

I sent invites to the other member's email address. They opened the link from the email and are getting the message
{"error":"server_error","error_description":"Unexpected status: 404"}

I've already canceled the invite and sent it again with the same result I also tried various browsers, internet conections, VPN and incognito and clear cockies, with no luck.

Thanks for trying those basic troubleshooting steps. Next, could you try sending the invite using another email address? You don't need to send the invite to the email registered on the account. Also, does using another device help?
