I have been trying to sign up for Premium and every time I put in my valid info I get an error message that says: "Something went wrong. Try again, or get help."

I have looked up this problem and no solutions have worked.

Yes, I have emptied my cache and cookies

Yes, I have tried a different browser

Yes, I have tried incognito mode

Yes, I have tried different devices

Yes, I have created a new account to see if it would work 

Yes, I have checked to see that my payment method and bank info is in line with Spotify's payment plan.

Still, nothing works...

Please fix this

Could you please mention the type of method you're using for the process and where it was issued ?

In the meanwhile, please check that the country listed on your account's profile is indeed the correct one.
