Hello,
i am a premium customer since 2011 or 2012 already as far as i can remember. It always were managed by Telekom due to my mobile contract. However, yesterday i changed my mobile provider and so my Premium Membership has vanished.
I wanted to buy premium membership with paypal since there is a special offer (start off 3 months for 0,99€). There is always an error message (written in german). I will upload it here.
Can you please help me so i am able to rebuy premium again?

Experiencing the same problem using Chrome on my deskopt (Windows 7). Switched over to the phone to try from in the app but still the same message.
Also in Germany - I have a feeling this is on Spotify's end.
Yup, i also can't use bank payments tho.
Doesnt matter what and where i am trying. it doesn't work for me.
Same here, keeps saying to use a different payment method, tried all my cards, still doesn't work...

We can be happy it was fixed. Who knows why and how.
