My Question or Issue

I keep getting the error "Something went wrong, Please try again or get help." Everytime i try and enter my credit card information. I'm positive everyhting is correct, io have tried different internets, incognito, different devices, different browsers, cleared cache's, waited a day. I contacted spotify support and the support agent said my account looked good and it should be on the bank providers end. I then called Chase, and they said the only error thats showing up is either my Expiration date is wrong or my Security code is wrong, Yet they're both right. As well as my Zipcode. I have no idea what is wrong and i just want to buy Premium :'(

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out.

 

If you've checked that your card meets all the requirements here with your bank, we'd recommend waiting a few days to see if maybe what you're experiencing wasn't a temporary error.

 

And one more thing that is often overlooked, if you're trying to sign up for a trial, it's not possible to use a card that's been registered on the platform before.
