Cant buy premium

Hello, I live in Turkey. I use a Ininal Mastercard that works while buying Spotify. Yesterday, I was going to buy the 3 months 1 Turkish Liras subscription pack so I went to the purchase site and entered my card info. Then It opened 3D SecureCode confirmation (which is usual) and I entered the code. It normally needs to give me the subscription but what it did was opening the purchasing site again with no error or notification. I also saw that 1 Turkish Lira was taken out of my card and the transferred again in a short time. I though my card had a problem so I opened a virtual card (my main card isnt virtual). I transferred the money to my virtual card and entered its info. It gave me an error saying that there was a error and I should use another payment method or try again. Everytime I entered it did this. Then I used my main card again ( Which has 19 Turkish Liras in it) and it gave me the same error. Before it opened the 3D SecureCode site now it didnt even accept. Please help.
