Cant cancel subscription(cant find account)

My mom has registered her credit card on an spotify account, and we have no clue what account that might be. We tried anything. Is there any possible way to denie money being pulled from the card?

I would double check all of your emails and see if any of those have the registered account and if not I would contact Spotify. You can do so by filling out this contact form. They will get back to you quickly and find out where the money is being charged to or cancel the card from being charged from Spotify.
