Cant change to student plan

Every time I try to get the student discount it ignores my request. I click the discount button and it goes back to the top of the page. I try using my laptop and I receive the same issue. I try going through the app itself and had the same issue. Nothing I try works and my plan renews in 3 days and I really don't want to contiune paying the full premium amount. I had also tried cancelling my current premium plan before trying to update plans and that changed nothing. I feel like I had this issue last year when I tried to change it as well.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying a different internet connection.
