Cant download with premium

Cant download with premium

I cant download any playlists even though I have bought premium, I have looked that they have charged me, and checked my plan, and ut says that i have premium to 9/26/19. So i dont understand!

Hey @user-removed, help's arrived!

 

Could you try logging out > restart the device > log back in to see if that makes a difference?
