My Question or Issue

I cant login to my aacoung where my payments details are. Its started with me canceling my subscribtion i had with my bf, and then its still charge me, but i dont have premium.

Sorry to hear that this has happened. 

 

Most likely you have more than one account with Spotify. One which was part of the Premium plan and it's still active - hence the charges, and another free one in which you're logged in now. 

 

It's best to check out this support article for more help on what you can do. If that doesn't help, you'll find a link to contact our customer support team directly under "contact us". They can check trace your Premium account through your last receipt and deactivate the subscription if possible.
