Cant get Premium

My Question or Issue

A month ago, visa renewed my credit card because the old one expired.
The spotify premium service stopped since it couldn't charge on the expired card.
So I try to use my new card (which is working fine) and Spotify denies the payment. 
My bank operators told me that spotify keeps trying to charge the automatic payment on the old card, despite my attempts to use my new card.

Any help please?
