Cant get spotify premium and got charged 99 cents 6 times

I cant purchase spotify student premium because i have already used the free trial on the card i am using to purchase it and every time i have tried, i have been charged 99 cents. I have also tried a non trial premium page, but it wont let the transaction go through.

Thanks for replying so quickly!

Then we'd suggest you to try the following:

 

  1. Use a different payment method to subscribe for Premium Student. Check the supported payment methods in your country on your account page.
  2. After that, try changing the payment method with your preferred one.

Hey there @DarkGreenGS,

 

Thanks for reaching out! 

Just to confirm - you can't get a free trial with that card because you've already had one. But you can try opening an Incognito Window and purchasing Premium Student there, by copying and pasting this link into the browser: http://www.spotify.com/student

You can also check out the Charged more than once in a month section of this article to get an idea what might have happened and why. Most likely the payments didn't go through and are pending, so they should return on your bank account.

 

Here's more info on how the Premium Student subscription works. 

If you're still having trouble purchasing the trial, tell us if you're getting an error message and what it says.

Hi Petya,

When i try and purchase premium for students it says "It looks like you've taken a trial before, which means you aren't eligible for this offer. But you can still get Subscribe to Premium for Students.".

I just want to get premium for students without the three month trial, but there is no where i can do so.
