Cant give gift /keeps giving me credit card error

I am trying to gift my daughter 3 months of premium. I have done it before .  I went through the process of buying it and I received a visa checkout message to call. So I did and talked with the Visa people.  They said there were no holds or problems on my account and he gave me the highest access. He waited on the phone with me while I tried. I got an error  saying they can't process my card.  The Visa guy told me it didn't even come through. So we tried another browser. Nope.  So I tried a different visa...same error. The Visa guy couldn't understand what the problem was and said it must be spotify's website and told me to try the next day. Here I am trying again and I get the same error???
