Cant listen to songs offline

I bought premium months ago and it worked fine until today when i reinstalled spotify. I go in my songs and i click download obviously because they werent downloaded and that thing pop ups saying youve discovered spotify premium so i click ok and it doesnt download. if you know a solution please let me know thanks! xxx

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged into the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging in with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box.
