Cant pay my premium

Heys guys

i have premium account for more than a year from

now and misteriously its appearing that i they can do the payment. I follow the spotify instructions by deactivating the premium mode to turn back annd the same error occurred, a failure on the payment. Already tried 2 credit cards and one debit, and no sucess at all.

please help!
