My Question or Issue

I cant subscribe to premium, it keeps telling me that im not illegible to the plan i chose.

We'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.

 

If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.

 

Lastly, could you let us know what plan you're trying to get and what province in Canada you're in as there are some legal restrictions in certain parts of the country .
