Cant use Hulu on different devices

My Question or Issue

I got my plan back in fall of 2018 and activated my Hulu subscription on my Macbook to my amazon fire stick. I was never given any account info for that Hulu account. I CANNOT login to that Hulu account through ANY devices because there is NO LOGIN INFORMATION. I tried using my Spotify login info and that didn't work. I tried cancelling my subscription and renewing it again, that didn't work. I even made a whole Hulu account with my Spotify login information and then tried connecting the 2 using a link I saw on the forum, didn't work.

Can someone who doesn't work at Spotify help me. Y'all have the most template responses with little to no helpful information. If someone who actually knows how to fix this can help me, that would be much appreciated. Very frustrated because I've been trying to fix this since 2018;.
