My Question or Issue

So I decided to try premium Duo, since me and my partner have been using the same account for some time and it was quite difficult. I live in Slovenia, but have a Czech card, and so, I initially had to set my location to Czech republic, but my home address remained the same as I have in Slovenia. The issue starts when my partner clicks at the invitation link and needs to fill in his address, it says, that he's trying to log in from another country, I tried changing my address to my Czech one, even downloaded a VPN, it still says the same thing.  At the moment, I don't have an opportunity of getting a Slovenian card or going to Czech republic. Please help me.

Hey @dan_93l10n ,

Thanks for reaching out.

In that case, you would need a payment method that's been issued in Slovenia. Once you update your payment method to one that's been issued there, your country setting will update automatically on your next payment date.

Your partner, unfortunately, won't be able to join your Duo plan until your country setting matches theirs.

Hope this clears things up 🙂
