Card or payment provider is having a bad day

Im trying to pay but i got this annoying message

 

"Ups, parece que tu tarjeta o proveedor de pago están teniendo un mal día. No te preocupes, no se ha cargado ningún pago. Inténtalo de nuevo o usa otro método de pago."

 

my card is ok, i've paid today with it, i have plenty amount available. Please help with this.

Could you make sure to contact your bank and ask if your card meets these requirements? If it does, we recommend you try to pay using a incognito window.

 

If you're still having problems, you could also try with a different payment method.
