My Question or Issue

 

I'm currently living in Japan, trying to subscribe spotify premium. My account setting is Japan and also I checked the country setting in payment page, it was Japan. 

I tried to subscribe via my credit card, which is issued in South Korea. but it said it can't, because payment method is different from your current country(JP). and still free plan.

 

However my card has paid, twice(I tried twice because I thought it was temporal error) 980yen. In my spotify account history, there is no payment log but certainly it was written in my card payment log.

 

I want to change to premium plan, and also get my refund about one of two payments. Thanks.

Can you follow these steps and check if you have another account? That can be a reason for you being charged without seeing the Premium features.
