My Question or Issue
The card payment method keep loading and I can't enter my data, so, I can't pay for a premium subscription. It's the same with any plan, and it happens with my pc and my smartphone. I've been trying to access for two weeks, but it keeps happening, why is that?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble paying for Spotify Premium. We've checked on our end and everything loads fine.
Are you using the same internet connection on your PC and smartphone? If yes, try using a different one by a different provider as this is most likely a network issue. If not, send us the exact link to the payment page you're accessing so we can investigate further.

Im in need of updating my card details in spotify, every time i attempt to update my card it gives me a red banner/error message. Ive tried multiple browsers and devices, aswell as incognito tabs. My country is set to the same country as my card. Nothing seems to work and i always get this red error message. Spotify has lodged a case but wanting to get this issue fixed as soon as possible. Thank you

We're sorry to know you've been struggling to update your payment method. Just to confirm, have you tried with more than one card already?
You can take a look at this article to learn more about why payments might fail. If the recommendations in the article doesn't do the trick either, could you send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

I cant seem to put my credit card details
UPDATE: I was able to fix the problem myself. Turned out the email attached to my profile did not reflect my current email address used to log into Spotify. Upon changing my email address and verifying this through the verification email I was sent from Spotify, it then allowed me to update my payment details.

@JeromeJim welcome to the thread. It would be very helpful if you could let us know what troubleshooting steps you've already tried. I recommend an incognito-window, another browser or to even test updating your payment details on a different device with different network connection (if it's possible).
